Choose which pages you want to display on your site
You may want to remove any pages which do not yet have any content (eg Recipes, Articles, Workouts)
You can edit menus at any time from your Admin Dashboard
How to Edit Menus
Select Menu to Edit
You only need to look at ‘Main Menu’ & ‘My Dashboard’. Select menu from dropdown, then click ‘Select’ button to edit menu
To Remove Menu Item
Click the dropdown arrow (right of menu item) and click ‘Remove’ (bottom left)
To Add Menu Item
You can add pages, products, and more to your menu – select the item in the left hand column and click ‘Add to menu’
